On 09/14/2026 at approximately 0814 hours, I was dispatched to Friendship Station, [300 BLOCK] Veterans Memorial Drive, in reference to damage to property.
On arrival, I observed a white female I later identified as Skye Sparks, standing on the roof outside a window of the apartment building. I gave Sparks verbal commands to get off the building and go through the window. Sparks stated as she climbed through the window that she needed a bandaid for a small cut on her right arm she received from broken glass. Once down, I ordered Sparks to go with Officer Roselli where stayed for the remainder of the incident.
I then contacted the complainant, [VICTIM #1], who advised he returned to the location and when he arrived, Sparks began banging on the passenger side of his vehicle screaming at him to give her wheelchair back. [VICTIM #1] advised he then went inside his residence. [VICTIM #1] stated Sparks then came up stairs and climbed out the window onto the roof of the awning. [VICTIM #1] advised Sparks then punched the window punching through the window damaging it. [VICTIM #1] advised he was in fear for his safety throughout the incident.
I contacted [VICTIM #2] who advised she was inside hers and [VICTIM #1]’s apartment when Sparks began banging on the window of [VICTIM #1] car. [VICTIM #2] advised she witnessed Sparks punch through the window.
I contacted property manager, [REDACTED], who advised it would cost over $500 to fix and replace the damaged window. [REDACTED] advised he wished to press charges against Sparks.
Officer Roselli then placed Sparkes into double-locking handcuffs per departmental policy and secured her in the back of his patrol car with a lap and shoulder belt securing her. Sparks was then transported to the Baldwin County Law Enforcement Center without further incident.
Warrants for O.C.G.A. 16-7-23 Criminal Damage to Property in the Second Degree and O.C.G.A. 16-11-39 Disorderly Conduct will be secured for Sparks.
