On 08/02/2025 at approximately 1545 hours, I contacted complainant/victim, [VICTIM #1], at [600 BLOCK] North Wayne Street Apt [REDACTED], in reference to a domestic.
[VICTIM #1] stated her ex-boyfriend, Travis Glenn, arrived at her residence to retrieve his belongings. [VICTIM #1] advised a few hours later she began to tell Glenn it’s time for him to leave her residence. [VICTIM #1] stated during the verbal argument Glenn was cussing her out and began to act in a threatening way by stating, “f*ck you, you white bi*ch, I’m not going anywhere.” [VICTIM #1] advised she told Glenn she was going to call 911.
[VICTIM #1] stated she walked to her kitchen to retrieve her phone and start a 911 call when Glenn came up behind her and hit her with a closed hand fist twice at the rear of her head. [VICTIM #1] stated her daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went up behind Glenn and stated, “stop hitting my mama.” [VICTIM #1] advised Glenn then let go of her and turned around and grabbed [REDACTED BY AGENCY], however, she couldn’t see the full physical altercation against [REDACTED BY AGENCY] due to her catching her breath/getting back up from the ground. [VICTIM #1] advised Glenn snatched her cellphone out of her hand during the physical altercation in attempt to prevent her from calling 911.
I contacted [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who advised she observed Glenn hit her mother, [VICTIM #1] several times in the head. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she came up to Glenn during the physical altercation to tell him to stop hurting [VICTIM #1], however, he turned around and began to hurt her as well. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised Glenn grabbed her by the hair and swung her head to the refrigerator several times and struck her with a closed hand fist. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she and her mother ran outside of the residence and got help from a nearby neighbor to call 911.
On [VICTIM #1] I observed a bruise at the rear of her head. The wound also appeared to be bleeding. On [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I observed multiple bruises/marks at her chest, right arm, and neck area.
Due to physical and testimonial evidence, I advised responding Officers to be on the look out for Glenn. Officer Borders was able to locate Glenn at the Exxon, 600 North Jefferson Street, which was approximately one block away from the incident. Moments later, I arrived at Exxon and placed Glenn under arrest. During my search incident to arrest Glenn was observed under heavy amounts of alcohol and obtained two cellphone devices, one of which belonged to [VICTIM #1].
Glenn was placed in double locked handcuffs per department policy and transported to Baldwin County Law Enforcement Center, 119 Old Monticello Road without incident. A warrant for Battery (family violence), cruelty to children (first degree), theft by taking, and obstructing/hindering an emergency call were secured on Glenn. Both body worn camera and in car camera’s captured the incident. Photographs of the injuries were attached to the report. [VICTIM #1]’s cellphone was returned to her at her residence.
