On 04/24/2026, Victor Washington called 911 on a recorded line 12 times without an active emergency. Victor has been warned multiple times to stop calling 911 when he does not have an active emergency.
Upon arrival at [100 BLOCK] S Columbia Street apartment [REDACTED], I made contact with Victor Washington. I advised Victor to step out of the apartment to which he refused and attempted to close the door. I entered Victor’s apartment and placed him under arrest. Victor was transported to the Baldwin County Jail where he was turned over to jail staff. A state warrant for Misuse of 911 will be secured on Victor.
