On 05/10/2026 While patrolling the area of West Hancock Street, I observed a male later identified as William Ray swinging a closed fist at an unknown subject inside of Velvet Elvis. Velvet staff escorted William out of the bar.
Upon William exiting Velvet a male was holding William back while he was attempting to go back towards the bar. While attempting to go back towards Velvet, William was being extremely belligerent and disorderly. William was “shooting birds” towards people outside of Velvet and screaming “Fu*k you”. I placed William under arrest where he was transported to the Baldwin County Jail and turned over to jail staff. William was issued citations for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
