On 5/16/2026 at approximately 1904 hours, I, Oft. B. Harris W152 was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] 2nd St, Apt [REDACTED], Winder, GA 30680, regarding a dispute between neighbors. I responded CODE 1 (no lights or sirens activated) in marked patrol vehicle #400.

Ofc. J. Bruce W137 and Ofc. A. Howe W157 had already made contact with the caller [VICTIM #1], who stated that around 0100 hours on the morning of 5/16/2026, Antoine Christian, who lives next door, came to their front door and proceeded to bang on the front door while yelling and screaming. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that just before calling 911, Mr. Christian started banging on their front door again. At this point, Mr. [VICTIM #1], [WITNESS #1], JUVENILE [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY]), [WITNESS #2], and [WITNESS #3] were at home.

When Mr. [VICTIM #1] opened the door, he stated that Mr. Christian was yelling and screaming at them. There is a language barrier between the parties, so they couldn’t understand everything that Mr. Christian was saying. I was, however, shown a video recorded by [WITNESS #3] showing the whole incident. In the video, you can see Mr. Christian cursing at the individuals and trying to intimidate them using vague threats. In the video, you can hear JUVENILE [REDACTED BY AGENCY], very distraught in the background.

In the video, Mr. Christian stated, “I don’t fu*kin play games, its about respect in this b*tch.” Mr. Christian also stated, “We get dirty and low down around this muthafu*ka” and then went on to say “Don’t fu*king do it, I don’t fu*kin play’ all while beating on his chest, seeming to intimidate Mr. [VICTIM #1] and the others at the residence. Mr. Christian then stated, “At 10 o’clock, shut that sh*t the fu*k down, understand? Because we get rowdy around this muthafu*ka.”

I then gave Ms. [WITNESS #3] my business card with case number 2026-00024533 and explained the process of obtaining the report for their records.

I then spoke with Mr. Christian, who stated that he called the cops last night due to the individuals next door making a lot of noise when he was trying to sleep, but after searching the call history, I observed no such call last night from Mr. Christian or any other neighbors, for that matter. Mr. Christian stated that he went next door to try to speak with the neighbors, but no one answered the door. Mr. Christian stated that he went to the neighbor’s house today to try to explain how disrespectful they’re being. Mr. Christian said he was calm and respectful. I explained to Mr. Christian that I had video proof of him cursing at the neighbors and screaming/yelling at them.

After hearing both parties’ testimony and reviewing the video evidence, I had Probable Cause to place Mr. Christian under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Disturbing the Peace.

I advised Mr. Christian to place his hands behind his back, where he was placed under arrest using properly spaced, double-locked handcuffs behind his back. Ofc. A. Howe searched Mr. Christian’s person for weapons, contraband, and means of escape with negative findings before placing him in the rear driver’s side compartment of my patrol car. I secured Mr. Christian using a lap-and-shoulder harness for his protection.

I then transported Mr. Christian to the Barrow County Detention Center, where he was released from my custody to the Detention Center staff without further incident. The arrest booking and citations were completed while at the Detention Center, and a copy of the citations was left with Mr. Christian’s property. I checked the backseat of my patrol vehicle before transporting Mr. Christian and after dropping him off at the Detention Center with negative findings.

Antoine Christian was given 2 citations:

Disorderly Conduct — Citation #WC005586
Disturbing the Peace — Citation #WC005587
