[NARRATIVE #1 on April 20, 2026]

On 04/20/2026 at approximately 0001 hours, I responded to QuikTrip 947 Loganville Hwy Bethlehem, Ga 30620 in reference to a Hit and Run.

Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] was in a blue Toyota Carolla bearing Ga plates [REDACTED]. [VICTIM #1] stated that she and her boyfriend, Gregory Bridges, got into an argument at his house in Dacula. She explained that she got in her vehicle and left to go home. While she was driving down Loganville Hwy, she stated that Bridges drove up behind her very quickly and rear ended her. She stated that she sped up and pulled into QuikTrip. Bridges followed her into QuikTrip. Bridges was in a Silver Nissan Xterra bearing Ga plates [REDACTED].

[VICTIM #1] pulled behind the fueling stations and stopped. Bridges pulled next to her, on her passenger side, and from security footage provided by QuikTrip, it looked like he was trying to yell at or argue with [VICTIM #1]. Bridges then put his vehicle in reverse and angled it towards hers. He put it in drive and accelerated as if he was going to go around her, but then turned into her vehicle, striking the front of it. He stopped again, this time with the driver side of his vehicle pinned against the front of hers. Bridges had his hand out the window and was shouting things still. He then accelerated again, dragging his vehicle across [VICTIM #1]’s and left the scene. FLOCK cameras showed that Bridges traveled south on Loganville Hwy out of the county.

The security footage from QuikTrip will be on my body camera and they stated that a Deputy can come by later on 04/20/2026 and a manager will be able to put the footage on a disc.

Pictures of the damage to [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle will be uploaded to this report.

[VICTIM #1] was given a case card and it was explained to her how to obtain a copy of the report.

Further investigation is needed.

[NARRATIVE #2 on April 20, 2026]

On 04/22/2026 I responded to [3200 BLOCK] Kelly Glen Ct. Dacula, Ga 30019 in reference to a warrant attempt. This address is in Gwinnett County so I had Barrow County Dispatch notify Gwinnett County that we would be at the above address to serve a warrant.

Upon arrival I made contact with Gregory Bridges, who had active warrants out of Barrow County. I placed Bridges under arrest. I placed him in handcuffs, checked them for fitment, and double locked them. I searched him incident to arrest and placed him in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle. I transported him to the Barrow County Detention Center where he was turned over to Detention Staff. The rear seat of my patrol vehicle was searched before and after transport. No contraband was found.
