On 06/19/2026 at 2107 hours, I (Sgt. Wolfe) was dispatched to a domestic dispute at Fort Yargo State Park, located at 300 Loganville Hwy, Winder, GA. Dispatch advised the park ranger was the caller, and was reporting a domestic incident between a male and female near the old fort. Dispatch advised that the ranger could hear the male screaming at the top of his lungs from the beach area, and that the pair were in a silver vehicle parked at the fort. Dispatch advised it was still ongoing.

Upon my arrival, code 3, I met with the park ranger at the front entrance. He stated that the male and female were still over by the old fort, and explained that he heard them screaming and yelling at each other all the way from the beach area. I arrived in the area of the old fort, and I observed a male and a female standing outside of a four-door silver vehicle, engaged in a heated verbal argument. When I exited my patrol vehicle, I approached the male, later identified as Isaiah Bryant, and asked them what was going on. The female, later identified as Ambrosia Molnar, stated that they had just had an argument. I asked for both of their ID’s, and was provided them by Ms. Molnar. I observed the odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle and from Mr. Bryant’s person. I took Mr. Bryant to the front of my car to separate the pair. Mr. Bryant and Ms. Molnar continued to argue. I advised both to stop.

I began speaking with Mr. Bryant and asked him if he had any marijuana on his person, due to the odor emitting from his person. Mr. Bryant denied having any marijuana, but stated they just smoked some, and pointed to an area away from the car. Mr. Bryant consented to a search of his person. Nothing was located. Mr. Bryant confirmed that an argument had taken place. Mr. Bryant stated the argument started over a sandal. When I tried to gather more from Mr. Bryant about the argument, he stated I would have to talk to her. Mr. Bryant stated that the pair “lived” together in the car and had been staying in Gwinnett County.

I then went and spoke with Ms. Molnar, who was upset about the circumstances, and stated she was mad because she was going to be late for work. Ms. Molnar denied that she smoked marijuana and stated she didn’t know why Mr. Bryant would say both had been smoking. Ms. Molnar stated that the argument started over her sandal, and Mr. Bryant took the sandal, and then continued into Ms. Molnar not being Mr. Bryant’s girlfriend anymore, and that apparently she was his ex. Ms. Molnar denied that anything physical happened between the pair and stated that it never gets physical. While speaking with Ms. Molnar, who was standing by her vehicle, I continued to observe the odor of marijuana emitting from inside the vehicle. Ms. Molnar denied that any marijuana was inside the vehicle.

Ofc. Perry arrived on scene, and I conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle due to the odor of marijuana. Inside the center console, I located a pack of rolling papers, with multiple empty plastic bags. In the back seat, behind the passenger seat, I located a glass marijuana bong that had marijuana residue inside it. Nothing else was located. I went back and asked the pair who the bong belonged to. Mr. Bryant advised it was his. I then placed Mr. Bryant in handcuffs behind his back. They were double-locked and checked for proper spacing.

I searched Mr. Bryant incident to arrest for weapons, contraband, and means of escape. Nothing was located. I placed Mr. Bryant into the back seat of my patrol car, and he was secured with a seat belt. I issued Ms. Molnar the following citations, and she was released:

I transported Mr. Bryant to the Barrow County Jail without incident, and he was issued the following citations:

#WC002412 disorderly conduct
#WC002413 possession of drug-related objects.

Once back at the Winder Police Department, the glass bong and the two packs of rolling papers were given property receipt#A-31219. They were placed into the temporary evidence locker #010. All items were given a LERMS property receipt.

No charges were taken related to the argument other than disturbing the peace, as there was no probable cause that any family violence-related crimes had occurred. Video is available from body-worn cameras and from patrol car #458. The back seat of my patrol car was checked before and after Mr. Bryant was placed inside.
