[NARRATIVE #1 on May 10, 2026]

On May 10, 2026, at approximately 1246 hours, I responded “code 1” (non-emergent) to [500 BLOCK] Highpoint Circle, Winder, Georgia in reference to a harassment report.

Upon arrival, I met with the victim/complainant [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated on yesterdays date her “baby daddy” she used to date Jacob Buckner sent out a nude video of the two of them engaging in oral sex to a mutual friend [REDACTED]. She then stated [REDACTED] sent her the video through snapchat and messaged her that she was going to come and beat her up. On today’s date [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained that an unknown person texted her the video through Instagram with a message saying they are going to fu*k her up and they know where she lives.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] then showed a brief clip of the video showing her performing oral sex on an erect male pen*s. After she advised the male in the video was her baby daddy Jacob Buckner and at the time the video was taken, they were dating and she gave consent for the video to be obtained of her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] wishes for Jacob to stop reaching out to her but did not provide any messages on scene of the two of them talking. Since [REDACTED BY AGENCY] asked how to obtain a TPO I informed her of the process along with providing a case card.

Later, I attempted to contact Jacob Buckner about the incident but had negative contact. At this time due to insufficient probable cause no warrants will be taken at this time. Further investigation is needed.

[NARRATIVE #2 on May 21, 2026]

On May 21, 2026, at approximately 1712 hours, I attempted a warrant service at [100 BLOCK] John’s Bluff for Jacob Bruckner. The warrant was for prohibition on nude or sexually explicit electronic transmissions out of Barrow County. A unit around the back of the residence advised me Jacob was on the back porch.

I approached Jacob on the porch and asked him to step out front. The warrants were confirmed. Jacob was detained in handcuffs behind his back. The handcuffs were checked for fit and double locked. Jacob was searched incident to arrest for weapons, contraband, or means of escape. The search yielded negative results. Jacob was transported to the Barrow County Detention Center without incident by Deputy Bradley.

[NARRATIVE #3 on May 21, 2026]

On May 21, 2026, at approximately 1900 hours, Investigator McCorkle advised me he wanted me to place Jacob Bruckner’s cellphone into evidence. The phone had not yet been placed in his property at the jail due to Deputy Bradley (the transporting deputy), forgetting he had Mr. Bruckner’s items in his patrol car after he left the jail. I have since placed the cellphone into evidence. Mr. Bruckner will have a copy of a property receipt in his items at the detention center.

[NARRATIVE #4 on May 26, 2026]

On May 26, 2026, at approximately 1326 hours, I was dispatched to meet with the caller at the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office, located at 233 East Broad Street, for a follow-up on a previous case report. I was already on scene due to handling another call at this location. I spoke with the caller, who was identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who stated that she wanted to drop the charges for the father of her child. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is referring to case number 2026-00028225 when she reported a crime against Jacob Buckner. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she spoke to Inv McCorkle about dropping the charges against Jacob. Inv McCorkle instructed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to speak with the Solicitor’s office since Jacob was already arrested and released from the detention center on May 21, 2026.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she spoke to the solicitor’s office, and they told her they had not received the case yet. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then came to the sheriff’s office and claimed that she had made a false report on Jacob, which caused him to be arrested. Once [REDACTED BY AGENCY] informed me of all of this, I read the report that Deputy Daniels (S-162) took for [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and the investigative summary that Inv McCorkle submitted for this case. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] showed proof to Deputy Daniles and Inv McCorkle that Jacob had nudes of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and threatened to send them to people. Once I read the reports, I walked back to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and asked her what video and pictures she showed to the investigator and reporting deputy.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that those videos and pictures were the ones that Jacob had, but she claims those are a few years old, and Jacob shouldn’t get in trouble for having them. I then asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if Jacob had sent any nude pictures or videos to anyone. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that when Jacob sent the pictures/video to his friends, he immediately deleted them and claimed that none of the friends received it.

I called Sgt Meeler (S-61) and informed him of the situation. Sgt Meeler went on to call Inv McCorkle about the situation as well. Inv McCorkle advised Sgt Meeler that the case is being closed due to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] not wanting to press further charges, and for me to write a case supplemental. I told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was going to happen, and she would need to follow up with the solicitor’s office. I was then informed by [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that she was upset with Jacob and was now afraid that this arrest would get him in violation of probation, which would send him to prison.
