On August 14, 2026, at approximately 1607 hours, I, Ofc. Morgan W115 and Cpl. Flores W154, were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at Fort Yargo ([300 BLOCK] Loganville Hwy, Winder, GA 30680). Central Dispatch stated that a male was actively hitting a female. I responded to the call Code 3(lights and sirens) in marked patrol vehicle 491.
Once I arrived at the location listed above, I was met by the male later identified as Johnathan Coe. I asked Johnathan what was going on today. Jonathan stated that he and his ex-girlfriend, later identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had gotten into a verbal argument. While speaking with Jonathan, I could see a very red mark on his chest under his right breast.
I then asked Johnathan what had led him and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to argue. Jonathan informed me that he and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] have some verbal agreement not to see other people around their daughter. Johnathan informed me that he is in the court process to get full custody of his daughter since he was not married when he had the child with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Johnathan stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had given him her phone to take pictures of her and their child. Johnathan stated that when he opened the phone, he noticed what appeared to be an explicit video of her and that a male was recording it.
Johnathan then stated he had gotten upset. Johnathan informed me that he told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] he was ready to leave. I asked Johnathan if he had ever laid any hands on [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and he stated no. I then asked Johnathan how did he get that red mark on his chest. Johnathan stated that it had to have been [REDACTED BY AGENCY] when she pinched him. I then asked Johnathan again if he had ever laid a hand on [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Johnathan stated no.
Cpl. Flores informed me that he had spoken to the witness identified as [WITNESS #1]. Cpl. Flores stated that [WITNESS #1] said Johnathan had started raising his voice at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] while at the beach area. She told him that the male walked away and the female followed him to the parking lot where their vehicle was. Cpl. Flores stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had noticed Johnathan had begun pushing and shoving [REDACTED BY AGENCY] by the car while holding the baby. That’s when [WITNESS #1] had called 911.
I then went and spoke to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who was already filling out a written statement form from Cpl. Cureington W155. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she could explain to me what had happened. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she and Johnathan had come here to go swimming with their daughter. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she had handed her phone to Johnathan to take pictures of her and their daughter in the water. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then informed me that Johnathan had called her a “lying b*tch.” [REDACTED BY AGENCY] informed me that Johnathan had started walking away, and she kept asking for her phone back, but Johnathan would not hand it over to her.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she continued to follow Johnathan to the car. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she had ever laid her hands on Johnathan, and she stated no. I then asked how Johnathan got the red mark on his chest. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that while she and Johnathan continued to argue, she reached for the phone in his hands, but he leaned forward and moved it. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that when she reached out, she accidentally pinched his chest under his right breast. I had asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] about the verbal agreement between her and Johnathan not to see other people with their child. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] informed me that she has not been around any other men with her daughter, and Johnathan thinks that the friends and family she hangs out with are men. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] informed me that Johnathan has no rights to their daughter. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] informed me that Johnathan is in the process of getting parental rights for their daughter.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that during the argument, Johnathan had uploaded her nude photos to the public story on Snapchat. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she had received a message from her mom about her nudes being on Snapchat. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she was able to delete them before too many people saw them. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also informed me that Johnathan had sent her nudes to his phone, and she is worried that he will place them on social media. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] informed me that she did not give Johnathan consent to post her nudes onto social media or send them to his cell phone.
I then walked back to Johnathan and advised him to turn around and place his hands behind his back. I searched Johnathan incident to arrest for contraband, weapons, and means of escape. Nothing was found. I placed Johnathan into double-locked handcuffs behind the back and checked them for fit. I then placed Johnathan in the back of my patrol vehicle, secured with a lap-and-shoulder belt.
I then handed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] a victim services sheet along with a peace place pamphlet.
I then transported Johnathan to the Barrow County Detention Center in marked patrol vehicle 491. Once I arrived at the jail, I handed Johnathan to the jail staff along with his belongings.
I checked the backseat of my patrol vehicle for contraband before and after transportation. Nothing was found.
Warrants were obtained against Johnathan Coe for Criminal Trespass(Family Violence) 2026-2557MW and a prohibition on nude or sexually explicit electronic transmission 2026-2558MW.
