On 7/17/2026 at approximately 1658 hours, I was dispatched out to a suspicious person’s call at [100 BLOCK] Elm Street, Winder Ga 30680. I traveled code 1 (non-emergent) in my marked patrol vehicle #406.

Upon arrival, Cpl. Cureington had one male subject detained. The subject was identified as Bashirrudin, Mohammed. I spoke with the caller, [WITNESS #1], who stated that Mohammed had been at her residence, cussing and yelling to her, “Let me in, this is my house”. [WITNESS #1] stated that she told Mohammed to” leave her residence and that she was going to call the police”. Mohammed left and made his way to the neighbor’s yard at [100 BLOCK] Elm Street, Winder, Ga. Running Mohammed’s information through NCIC/GCIC, it was shown that he had an active warrant from Barrow County. Dispatch was asked to confirm the warrant. Dispatch confirmed the warrant, and Mohammed was placed under arrest. Mohammed was also arrested on a citation as well for Disorderly conduct.

I placed Mohammed in my patrol vehicle and secured him in the back seat with the seat belt. I searched Mohammed incident to arrest for weapons, contraband, and means of escape. Mohammed was placed into double-lock handcuffs and checked for fit. Nothing was found.

I transported Mohammed to the Barrow County Detention Center and turned him over to the staff.

Mohammed was issued a citation for Disorderly conduct
