On 08/24/2026 at approximately 1420 hours I, Cpl. Cureington #155 was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Winder, GA 30680 for a Domestic Dispute. I traveled CODE 1 to the location stated above in my marked patrol vehicle #524.

Upon arrival, I observed Ms. Natasha Hull walking eastbound on James Albert Johnson Ave. I exited my patrol car and met with the caller, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained that Natasha was drunk and they got into an argument, and she grabbed him on the right side of his neck near his shoulder, and he was able to get away from her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that after he got away from Natasha, she grabbed a large knife with a black handle and started walking toward him, yelling at him with the knife in her hand, swinging it around. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that’s when he told her he was calling 911, and he was able to retreat outside.

I notified the other units that I saw Natasha walking eastbound, and Ofc. Morgan #155 located her. I advised Ofc. Morgan to detain Natasha. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to complete a written statement, and he advised he would. I collected [REDACTED BY AGENCY] information and returned to my patrol car to enter it and obtain a written statement. At this time, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] approached my vehicle and stated he didn’t want Natasha to go to jail; he just didn’t want her there. I advised him she was going to jail for Battery (FV) and Aggravated Assault (FV). Hearing this, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] decided not to complete a written statement.

After collecting [REDACTED BY AGENCY] information, I went to the corner of James Albert Johnson Ave. and Elm St., where Ofc. Morgan and Ofc. Howe #157 had Natasha detained. I advised Natasha that she was under arrest. Natasha began screaming that she hadn’t hit anyone and began becoming irate. Ofc. Morgan searched Natasha incident to arrest for any weapons, illegal contraband, or means of escape. Nothing was located. Natasha was secured in the back seat of Ofc. Morgan’s patrol vehicle with the seatbelt.

I returned to [REDACTED BY AGENCY], where I observed a large kitchen knife with a silver blade and black handle, with what appeared to be old food on it, sitting on top of a clean towel. I retrieved the knife and placed it into evidence. Another knife was in the sink under a bunch of dirty dishes; it was smaller and didn’t match the description [REDACTED BY AGENCY] provided.

While Ofc. Morgan was en route to the jail with Natasha, she began repeatedly kicking the center partition. Ofc. Morgan advised me of this, and Cpl. Flores advised he would be en route with the WRAP restraint. I traveled CODE 3 to W Athens St. and Center St., where Ofc. Morgan had stopped because Natasha was irate and kicking the partition. Cpl. Flores arrived on scene, and Natasha was removed from Ofc. Morgan’s patrol vehicle and properly secured in the WRAP restraint. Natasha was secured back into Ofc. Morgan’s vehicle and transported to Barrow County Detention Center.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] was provided with victim resources and a business card with the case number.

Warrants have been procured at the time of this report. Warrant #’s as follows:

2026-2679FW Aggravated Assault (Family Violence)
2026-2680MW Battery (Family Violence)

The large knife was placed into Temp locker #009; a Property receipt #: A-29878 was completed and entered into LERMS.

I wore and activated my Motorola body camera during this incident, and my in-car camera was active while Natasha was placed in the WRAP restraint.
