On 06/01/2026 at approximately 0006 hours, I responded to [400 BLOCK] Briarwood Rd. Winder, Ga 30680 in reference to a dispute. Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that his wife was very drunk and was making accusations against him, but that weren’t true. Sgt Ferguson talked to [VICTIM #1] while I went to the house to speak with Yer Vue, [VICTIM #1]’s wife. As soon as Yer opened the door, she looked at me, then looked past me and saw her husband talking to Sgt. Ferguson. She immediately started yelling “there’s that mother fu*ker! That mother fu*ker is right there!” I told her to stop yelling and go inside so we could speak.
Once we got inside the home, she still continued to yell. I asked her what happened and she yelled that her husband got in her face and she told him not to. I again, told her to stop yelling. Yer was very drunk and kept yelling and talking about things that had no relevance to why we were called out there. During all of her drunken yelling, she used vulgar language and cursed multiple times all in front of her juvenile children. She told Deputy Wright and I that there are cameras all around the house and that she would show us the video footage. We asked her to show us and while she was waiting for the video to load, she kept yelling about different things. We told her again to stop yelling and just get the video footage to show us. She yelled again that the video was “fu*king loading”.
Yer then proceeded to yell at us to “get the fu*k out of her house” and that she did not need us. Sgt. Ferguson made his way inside and asked why she was yelling at the Deputies and explained to her that her language in front of her children was disorderly conduct and she could be arrested for it. She still yelled at us to “get the fu*k out of her house”. All three of us exited the residence where he juvenile son and her husband were. As we exited, she was on the phone with 911 Dispatch again, yelling and cussing at the Dispatchers.
Yer locked the door with her juvenile son and husband outside. When the juvenile opened the door, she slammed it shut. At that point we knocked on the door and told her to open it. Once she finally opened the door, I placed her under arrest. I placed her in handcuffs, checked them for fitment, and double locked them. I placed her in the rear seat of my patrol car and transported her to the Barrow County Detention Center where she was turned over to Detention Staff. During the transport, Yer was telling me how she was going to sue me and that I didn’t know what I was doing because her husband (who she called the cops on) was some type of firearms guru.
I established probable cause for the following:
OCGA 16-11-39 Disorderly Conduct: Yer Vue did commit the offense of Disorderly Conduct when she knowingly and intentionally used profane and vulgar language in the presence of multiple persons under the age of 14 years of age.
OCGA 16-11-39.2 Unlawful Conduct During a 911 Call: Yer Vue did commit the offense of Unlawful Conduct During a 911 Call when she called 911 Dispatchers while Law Enforcement Officers were present and started yelling and cussing at the call taker; and failed to hang up or disengage the connection for the intended purpose of interfering with or disrupting emergency service.
