[NARRATIVE #1 on August 30, 2024]

On August 30, at 17:19, I. Ofc. A. Martinez, Employed by the Adairsville Police Department, Uniformed Patrol Division, was dispatched to HWY 140 with its intersection at I-75 NB on ramp for a Hit and Run.

Upon arrival I met with Mr. [VICTIM #1] who indicated that he was traveling eastbound on HWY 140 approaching it’s intersection with I-75 when a Gray Volkswagen Jetta with a Texas license plate who was turning left trying to get on I-75 turned right to keep on straight on to HWY 140 instead of going down the on ramp of I-75 and impacted Mr. [VICTIM #1] on the back left side of his vehicle and slightly impacted the Trailer Mr. [VICTIM #1] was towing. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said he did not stop and kept on going.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] said that due to the heavy rain he could only see a partial license plate, [REDACTED] from Texas.

Mr. [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle and trailer exhibited Minimal Damage.
