On Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at approximately 0526 hours. I was dispatched to [80 BLOCK] Willis Road, Cartersville, GA 30120 in reference to a Domestic Dispute.
Upon arrival, I met with [VICTIM #1] and [REDACTED] in the driveway of the residence. [VICTIM #1] stated that her boyfriend, Andrew Bryson, arrived at the house and woke her while she was sleeping in her Red Toyota Prius (Tag Number: [REDACTED]). [VICTIM #1] stated that Andrew wrapped his arms around her and squeezed her tightly. After letting go, Andrew started rummaging through her back seat, where he became upset because he believed that [REDACTED] and [VICTIM #1] were having sexual relations in the back seat.
While Andrew was doing so, [VICTIM #1] got out of the vehicle due to Andrew’s behavior, where she began running towards the basement in an attempt to wake [REDACTED] up, who was downstairs inside the residence. [VICTIM #1] stated that she made it a few feet away from the vehicle when Andrew grabbed her and dragged her back into the vehicle, where he then punched her in the face with a closed fist, which caused bleeding and serious disfigurement of her nose. Andrew then snatched [VICTIM #1]’s white iPhone 16 Pro Max with a black case from her immediate vicinity and proceeded to leave in the white pickup truck that he arrived in.
While speaking with [VICTIM #1], I observed that her nose had been bleeding profusely due to blood running down her face and onto the ground, and that [VICTIM #1] was having difficulty breathing through her nose. I also observed that her nose was seriously disfigured due to the severe swelling and redness on and around her nose. I also observed purple and yellow bruising on her face from incidents that [VICTIM #1] stated were from previous physical altercations with Andrew.
Once I arrived on scene, I immediately summoned EMS because of [VICTIM #1]’s visible injuries. Once Metro Atlanta arrived on scene, [VICTIM #1] was provided with Medical attention and transported to Piedmont Cartersville by EMS personnel.
[VICTIM #1] was unable to provide a serial number for the phone that was taken, so I was unable to list it on GCIC as stolen.
Warrants were obtained for Andrew Bryson.
