On Sunday, June 1st, 2025, at 1609 hours, I was dispatched to [10 BLOCK] Lusk Avenue, in Cartersville, Georgia, in reference to an assault in progress.

Upon arrival I spoke with [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] said that he, [VICTIM #1], and Bradley Anders were inside of the shed on the property. He said that a conversation took place about a fuel pump that [VICTIM #1] was fixing for Bradley. He then said that Bradley randomly started attacking [VICTIM #1] by striking him in the head with a lamp. He also said that Bradley stomped on [VICTIM #1]’s head while he was on the ground.

I then spoke with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] confirmed that Bradley had randomly attacked him inside of the shed after a conversation about a fuel pump. He was unable to recall if he was struck by a lamp but did say that [BRADLEY] stomped on his head while he was on the ground. While speaking with [VICTIM #1] I did observe injury to his head, including large amounts of blood on his face and in his mouth. Photographs were taken.

I canvassed the area where the physical altercation took place. I observed blood on the lamp alleged to have been used in the incident. I also observed a pool of blood on the ground outside of the shed, where [WITNESS #1] said Bradley had stomped on [VICTIM #1].

Bradley was detained during the incident, and I read him his Miranda Rights which he said he understood and agreed to speak with me. Bradley claimed that he was attacked by both [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1], but did not have any visible injury. I did observed blood on Bradley’s right shoe, and a photograph was taken.

[VICTIM #1] said that he wished to press charges. Bradley was placed under arrest and transported to The Bartow County Detention Center. The following warrant was taken:

(1) Aggravated Assault.
