On Saturday July 5, 2025 at 1953 hours I was dispatched to [1700 BLOCK] Joe Frank Harris Parkway, in reference to a fight in progress. While en route I was informed occupants in a gold passenger car had left the residence.

Upon arrival I spoke with [VICTIM #1]. He stated he and his girlfriend [VICTIM #2] were in their camper when they heard something going on around her vehicle, The listed 2003 Ford Explorer. [VICTIM #1] looked out the window and saw two males going through [VICTIM #2]’s vehicle, and shut the doors.

He went outside to confront them, and noticed it was a man named Brandon, and another male he referred to as “John John”.

He stated he told them to get off the property, and Brandon had a metal rod in his hand, and told [VICTIM #1] he was going to beat him with it. He stated John John had a flare gun pointed at him as well. [VICTIM #1] stated the Flare gun was orange with a black handle.

[VICTIM #1] was asked how he knew he it was a flare gun, and [VICTIM #1] stated he pointed it at my face. [VICTIM #1] also stated Brandon Kept telling John John to hand him the flare gun so he could shoot [VICTIM #1].

[VICTIM #1] said there was another male that was the driver in the car they arrived in, but he never got out. He said after he confronted them both Brandon, and John John got back in the car and left.

I then spoke with [VICTIM #2], who said the explorer belonged to her, and she said she did not know why they were going through her car. She stated she used to hang out with Brandon and John John. I asked [VICTIM #2] if she knew Brandon’s last name, and John John’s actual name. She stated John John’s Actual name is Jonathan Frady, and Brandon’s last name was Parker. I did a local search on the subjects, and [VICTIM #1] confirmed using local pictures through our new world system who the subjects were.

I asked [VICTIM #2] if she saw the altercation, and she said yes, and that was the reason why she called 911.

[VICTIM #1] also had a camera up for the altercation, and showed me the footage on his phone. I observed a gold in color Acura TL that seemed to be a late 90’s to early 2000’s Model pull up. I observed Brandon Parker with a long metal pipe in his hand arguing with [VICTIM #1] as he was walking back to the vehicle. Jonathan Frady had an object in his hand, but I could not tell what it was in the video. They left in the same vehicle. There was another person in the vehicle who never got out. IT was the driver of the driver.

I was unable to obtain [VICTIM #1]’s phone for evidence because it was his only means of calling 911 in case he subjects return.

I asked both [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] if they knew why John and Brandon why they came the property and tried entering [VICTIM #2]’s vehicle, and both were unsure why.

I asked if anything was taken, and they searched the vehicle and confirmed nothing was taken.

[VICTIM #2] and [VICTIM #1] both filled out a witness statement form, and it was turned in to the attachment box.

I secured warrants on Brandon Parker for aggravated assault due to him threatening to beat [VICTIM #1] up with it, and criminal trespass for entering [VICTIM #2]’s vehicle without her permission.

I also Secured warrants for Jonathan Frady for aggravated assault due to pointing the Flare gun at [VICTIM #1], and criminal trespass due to going in to [VICTIM #2]’s vehicle without her permission.

[End of Narrative]
