[NARRATIVE #1 on May 09, 2026]

On May 9, 2026 at approximately 1032 hours, I was patched through to [VICTIM #1] at [40 BLOCK] Kay Road, White, GA 30184 for a follow up on a previous case.

While on the phone with [VICTIM #1], she notified me that Michael Whittaker, was knocking on her son [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s bedroom window and motioning him and her daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who was standing in the doorway to unlock the door so he could gain access to the house. [VICTIM #1] stated that once Michael saw her, he turned away and ran into the woods.

Upon arrival, Sgt. Clonch and myself spoke with [VICTIM #1], where she stated that Michael was not supposed to be at the residence. [VICTIM #1] told Sgt. Clonch and myself that Michael had jumped the privacy fence into her backyard and was standing on her back porch when he knocked on [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s bedroom window.

I also spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY], the two juveniles who witnessed the event. They both stated that Michael knocked on the window to gain their attention and then motioned for them to unlock the door.

Sgt. Clonch and I, along with several other deputies, searched outside the residence and the surrounding areas but were unable to locate Michael who already had warrants for his arrest from previous cases for Child Molestation and Criminal Trespass- Damage to Property FVA.

After searching for Michael, [VICTIM #1] notified us that her water had been cut off. Upon finding her water meter, the lid was laying on the ground next to it and the main water meter to the house had been shut off.

Upon further investigation, Michael has has special conditions through probation, signed by Judge Suzanne H. Smith that states, “Do not return to any residence of [VICTIM #1]”.

While still on scene, Michael called [VICTIM #1] from a no caller id number and asked why she called the police on him. Sgt. Clonch spoke with Michael over the phone and he stated that he was in Atlanta and had not been “up here”. Michael was notified that he has warrants for his arrest and should turn himself into the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office.

This report follows an incident that occurred on May 9, 2026 by Deputy Mazariegos (Case #2026-00013927).

[NARRATIVE #2 on May 09, 2026]

On Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 0357 hours, I was dispatched to [40 BLOCK] Kay RD NE, White, GA 30184 for a domestic dispute in progress.

On arrival, I spoke to [VICTIM #1], who explained that her boyfriend, Michael Whittaker, had just been involved in a verbal altercation and caused property damage. She and Michael were at a friend’s house where they were drinking alcohol, and [VICTIM #1] suggested they go home. Both agreed, stopped at a Waffle House and a hotel, and finally arrived home. Michael communicated to [VICTIM #1] that he had taken a sexual enhancement pill and wanted to have sex with her. She informed him she did not want to have intercourse with him, and this made him mad.

Michael argued with [VICTIM #1], punched a hole in the wall, and then exited the residence, heading in an unknown direction. Photos of the damage were taken on my body-worn camera. [VICTIM #1] confirmed no other damage had occurred.

I observed a juvenile in the living room, identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY], [VICTIM #1]’s daughter. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was asleep and does not recall what occurred between the other parties.

A brief search was made in the area to locate Michael; however, after a while, I, along with other deputies, was unsuccessful in apprehending him.

A case number was given to [VICTIM #1], and she was instructed to call back if Michael returns to the property.
