On February 21st, 2023, I was dispatched to [40 BLOCK] Kirk Rd in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Upon arrival, I met with [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she was in an argument with her boyfriend Randall Sellers. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated Mr. Sellers pushed her to the ground and held her head to the ground causing pain, swelling, and redness to her neck. I observed these injuries and took pictures of them.

During the altercation with Ms. [VICTIM #1], Mr. Sellers threw a lawn table on the patio, shattering the glass top. While inside, Mr. Sellers began hitting things with a baseball bat but only caused damage to a door frame.

I then made contact with [VICTIM #2], the mother of Randall Sellers. Ms. [VICTIM #2] stated her son became enraged with her when she was trying to intervene with the aforementioned altercation. Mr. Sellers pushed Ms. [VICTIM #2] while in the living room but did not cause any injuries.

Mr. Sellers departed the area prior to my arrival.

Based on the testimonial and physical evidence, I secured arrested warrants for the listed offenses and listed in GCIC.
