On Thursday, November 4, 2021, at approximately 0719 hours, I was dispatched to the area of East Main Street at Canyon Parkway in reference to a motor vehicle accident.

Upon arrival, I made contact with the driver of the at-fault vehicle, suspect/arrestee, Ms. Tre’zure Toles standing by her vehicle described as a black Chevrolet Cobalt; which was disabled in the roadway. While investigating the accident, Ms. Toles was asked for her driver’s license to which she stated “I have my ID but I do not have a license.”

I then clarified that statement and collected the rest of the information needed. I then had Bartow Dispatch confirm that Ms. Toles did not have a license and they did so shortly after. Once done with the accident portion, I then placed Ms. Toles in handcuffs behind her back where the handcuffs were checked for proper fit and double locked.

I then transported Ms. Toles to the Cartersville Police Department where she was booked, photographed and issued a citation for Driving Without a Valid License. Ms. Toles was then transported to the Bartow County Jail where she was turned over to the deputy there with no further incident. My issued, marked patrol vehicle was searched at the beginning of shift, before and after every transport which yielded negative for any contraband. A copy of Ms. Toles’ driving history was uploaded to the case file. A copy of Ms. Toles’ citation was also uploaded to the case file. This incident was captured on my body worn and in-car camera systems. Nothing further at the time of the report.
