On 4/29/2026 I was dispatched to [90 BLOCK] Robinson Ln in Ray City in reference to an unruly intoxicated subject. While enroute dispatch advised that the call history at the address has had several domestic dispute calls in the past.

Upon my arrival I made contact with ([WITNESS #1]) [WITNESS #1] said that (Randall Bennett) was drunk again wanting to argue, and that he was throwing coffee grounds all over the house along with trying to tell her she needed to get out of his house. I asked where Randall was and she stated outside in the shed. I went outside and made contact with Randall, I asked him what was going on and he said that he was drunk and got into an argument with everyone in the house over bills. I asked Randall if he threw the coffee grounds all over the house and was telling his sister that she needed to get out of his house and he said yes he did.

Both of Randall’s arms had some bruising and his finger was bleeding, when asked he said that he did that throwing some stuff outside after he came to the shed. Randall said that if they would have just left him alone none of this would have happened, I asked him who was involved in the initial argument and he said it was him and his girlfriend [WITNESS #2]. Randall said that as the argument escalated [WITNESS #3] came over and put his arms around him from behind trying to calm him down but then when he was let go he started arguing back with [WITNESS #2] and also his sister [WITNESS #1].

I told [WITNESS #3] that I would be right back and went inside to finish speaking with the other parties. [WITNESS #3] said that he did put his arms around Randall but it was only to try to calm him down and get him away from the argument. [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2] both said that Randall had been drinking liquor and beer all day and that when he does that they know a argument is going to happen.

I went back outside to speak with Randall, as I approached Randall he asked me if he was going to jail and I told him that he was and for him to stand up and place his hands behind his back and turn around. Randall was placed in handcuffs and escorted to my patrol car where he was then transported to the Berrien County Jail and turned over to jail staff for booking.
