In reference to a loud party call at [100 BLOCK] Waterford Pl, I responded to the scene after several calls were made about excessive noise. I parked my vehicle approximately 4 homes away from the reported address to observe the excessive noise. The music from the [100 BLOCK] Waterford Pl could be heard at that distance. I made contact with resident of the home, Karlos Cornelius, where he did acknowledge that deputies did respond earlier about the loud music. At that time Karlos Cornelius was cited for violation of Bibb County Noise Ordinance 15-26.
While on scene I observed several females that were at the home fighting. The females were fighting in the rear of the home near the pool area. The females were separated several times to calm the situation down but bypassed deputies on scene to continue fighting. The females were then taken into custody and identified as Akiva Russell, Akia Russell, Shabria Russell, and Ashton Balkcom. All four females were cited and transported to Bibb County LEC for Bibb County Ordinance Disorderly Conduct.
