On Jun 29th, 2026, I, Dep E. White, was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a sexual battery.
Upon arrival, contact was made with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who is a nurse in the mental health pods at Piedmont. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she witnessed Alex Ivery humping the side of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with his genitals out while on the ground inside the unit. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she observed Ivery and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] sitting on the ground next to each other for a little while. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she left the pod for a brief minute, and when she returned, she saw Ivery on the side of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with his pants down and that he was humping her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she immediately called security and that she attempted to get Ivery off [REDACTED BY AGENCY] but he was fighting back. They eventually got Ivery off [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and when they were pulling [REDACTED BY AGENCY] away, Ivery was trying to grab her butt.
I attempted to contact [REDACTED BY AGENCY], but she refused to speak to me at the time.
Inv. Ash was called and made aware of the incident. Ivery was placed into custody and transported to the Bibb County LEC without incident.
