I Sgt Wallace was called to 815 Shurling Dr in reference to a male with blood all over him. When I arrived a saw a white male with pants on but no shirt. I could als see he had blood on his arm, face and head. The left side of his face was swollen and there was a gash on his head and left arm. He stated that he had come to Macon to have sex and use drugs with an unknown black male by the name Twan. He said they went to his apartment at [1200 BLOCK] Creekwood Dr # [REDACTED]. He said everything was ok at first but after they had sex Twan picked up a bat and beat him with it and made him get out. I went back to Apartment [REDACTED] to make contact with Twan but nobody came to the door. I also saw what looked like blood smears from someone’s fingers on the front door.
Mr [VICTIM #1] was taken by EMS to Atrium Hospital. I also spoke with the victims mother to let her know what was going on. She said she is on her way to Macon. Inv Moss was contacted.
