On Tuesday July 7th 2026 at 1402 hours I (Corporal A. Walker #2329) responded to 6190 Peake Road (Pruitt Health) Macon Georgia 31220 in reference to a fight.

Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant [VICTIM #1] who stated that he had just finished mopping the dining room floor when Arvydas O’Neill walked by him and said “what’s up with the mugging”. [VICTIM #1] stated that he replied “nobody is mugging you but what’s up” and was confused because they never had issues or words prior to then. [VICTIM #1] stated that after they exchanged words O’Neill followed him down the back hallway and as he was talking O’Neill punched him in the face and they started fighting.

[VICTIM #1] then stated that while he was fighting with O’Neill another person who was later identified as Isaiah Ponder, O’Neill’s step brother came out of nowhere and grabbed [VICTIM #1] and slammed him on the ground. O’Neill and Ponder proceeded to jump on [VICTIM #1] kicking him and stomping him while he was on the ground. Several staff members intervened and separated all parties. After speaking with [VICTIM #1], [WITNESS #1] (Nursing Home Administer) showed me the camera footage of the incident and it showed O’Neill and [VICTIM #1] walking down the hallway and out of nowhere O’Neill punched [VICTIM #1] in the face and they started fighting. The footage also showed Ponder coming out of nowhere grabbing [VICTIM #1] and slamming him on the ground.

The footage also showed Ponder going outside to a vehicle grabbing a gun and running back towards the building while several staff members attempted to get him to leave. The facility was placed on lock down at that moment. After viewing the footage I spoke with [WITNESS #2] and [WITNESS #3] two witnesses and they both stated that Ponder ran outside grabbed a gun and pointed it at [VICTIM #1] while staff members were holding both parties back and stated that on his momma he would kill [VICTIM #1]. After speaking with [WITNESS #2] and [WITNESS #3] I was made aware by [WITNESS #1] (Nursing Home Administer) that both Ponder and O’Neill mothers work at the facility as well. I spoke with [REDACTED] (O’Neill’s mother) first and told her to call her son and have him return to the scene. [REDACTED] stated that she would attempt to give him a call.

While [REDACTED] was attempting to reach O’Neill she made me aware that Ponder’s mother who was later identified as [REDACTED] is her fiancee and she drove Ponder from the scene. I then advised her to call her as well and have her bring Ponder back. I stood by waiting on O’Neill and Ponder to return to the scene. Ponder returned first and at this point he was placed under arrest, the handcuffs were checked for fit, double locked and a thorough search of Ponder was conducted before placing him inside the backseat of my marked patrol car. I read Ponder his Miranda rights and he refused to speak without an attorney present. I took possession of the firearm that Ponder used during the incident and placed it into an evidence bag.

After several minutes of waiting, O’Neill finally returned to the scene and at this point he was placed under arrest, the handcuffs were checked for fit, double locked and a thorough search of O’Neill was conducted before placing him inside the backseat of my marked patrol car. I read O’Neill his Miranda rights and he refused to speak without an attorney present also. At this time, O’Neill and Ponder were transported without incident to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center where they were turned over to the jail staff for booking. The firearm was placed into evidence at the crime lab.
