On 11/06/17 at approximately 1142 Hrs I responded to [4400 BLOCK] Pharr Ave in reference to a person down unresponsive, covered in blood. Upon arrival on scene I observed a deceased white male lying on the kitchen floor covered in blood. The side door to the home was damaged as if some form of forced entry had occurred. Sgt. Peebles was notified of the situation an responded to the scene. Persons Investigator Wilson was also notified and responded to the scene.
The victim was identified as W/M [REDACTED] D.O.B [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
The complainant on this call, [WITNESS #1], stated that Mr. [REDACTED] is a good friend of hers, and that she’d last spoken with him on Thursday via text. Complainant stated that she tried to call Mr. [REDACTED] all day yesterday, but was unable to reach him. She stated that Mr. [REDACTED] is a real bad diabetic, so she came by today to check on him, and that’s when she found him.
There was a recovered stolen vehicle, a white 2007 Ford Ranger, found behind [4400 BLOCK] Pharr Ave, which is across the street from this incident location. This vehicle was towed to the crime lab per Investigator Wilson. Case was turned over to Investigator Wilson.
