BOND HEARING HELD FOR D’ANGELO MOODY

What this means: D’Angelo Moody, who is accused of aggravated assault in Bibb County Superior Court case 2026-MCR-006234, appeared before the court for a bond hearing. During this hearing, the judge considers whether to allow the defendant to be released from jail while awaiting trial and, if so, under what conditions.

3/12/26

BOND DENIED FOR D’ANGELO MOODY

What this means: Judge Raye Hodges denied D’Angelo Moody’s request for bond, meaning he will remain in jail while his aggravated assault case proceeds through the court system. The court found that Moody has been represented by counsel and that the evidence showed he poses a significant risk of intimidating witnesses, obstructing the administration of justice, or failing to appear for court proceedings. Bond denial means the defendant cannot pay money to be released before trial.
