On the above date and time, I, Deputy Daniels, and Cpl. Jones responded [REDACTED] to a domestic disturbance call.
Upon arrival, we spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #1] regarding the incident. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that her ex-boyfriend and the father of her child, Mr. Darian Bryant, came to her apartment attempting to gain entry. She stated that Mr. Bryant kicked in the door and then left the scene. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that no physical altercation occurred. While Mr. Bryant was knocking and kicking at the door, Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s child, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY], along with another child, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY], and several friends, were inside the front room of the apartment. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Bryant eventually kicked the door in while the children were present inside the residence.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] was provided with a case card and advised on how to obtain a Temporary Protective Order (TPO), as well as how to contact the safe house for assistance.
