On 2/28/24 at approximately 1925Hrs I arrived at [2000 BLOCK] Bayswater Rd in reference to a Fight or Disorderly subject.

Upon my arrival I noticed subject, Dekendre Malik Holloway, in the road on his cell phone. Mr. Holloway began yelling he didn’t do anything. I attempted to calm Mr. Holloway down but other members of his family exited their vehicle and the situation began to escalate. One female member of Mr. Holloways family began advancing her way toward the Complainant, Ms. [VICTIM #1], as she was standing close to front door. I verbally instructed everyone from the car to return immediately. I gathered information from Mr. Holloway at that time. I advised Mr. Holloway I would return to him as soon as I spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #1].

Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised me Dekendre and her daughter, [VICTIM #2] had been away from the house in her car. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she and [VICTIM #2] were on the phone talking and [VICTIM #2] stated she was having an anxiety attack. Ms [VICTIM #1] advised [VICTIM #2] she and the baby come back home. Ms. [VICTIM #1] noted Dekendre must have thought the phone hung up. He began cursing [VICTIM #2] inside the vehicle on the way back to her house. Once they arrived, Ms. [VICTIM #1] told Dekendre she would take him home but he began an aggressive argument with her. He stated to her he would call his people. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised him to just leave.

While Dekendre waited for me to arrive, he went on Facebook Live and began showing Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s house in the background. Dekendre could be heard cursing and making derogatory statements about [VICTIM #2] and Ms. [VICTIM #1] on Facebook Live. He made statements of “Fat stanking a*s ma”. Dekendre mentioned on his Facebook live he called his mother to come get on her a*s (referring to Ms. [VICTIM #1]). Dekendre also stated in his live the “them members on the way to come get him now”. Note: Dekendre’s live is recorded on Body Cam. Dekendre left the property with his Mother Ms. [REDACTED] and his Aunt in a Gray in color Dodge Charger.

Ms [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] was advised of Crisis line information and given a Crime Victim Case Card. a warrant will be signed for Disorderly Conduct Family Violence.
