On January 27, 2026, I, Deputy Robinson, was dispatched to [REDACTED], in reference to a domestic dispute.

Upon my arrival, I spoke with [VICTIM #1], who stated she and her children’s father, Mr. Eric Hudson, went to Liberty Tax to file taxes. [VICTIM #1] advised that although they are not currently in a relationship, she allows Mr. Hudson to claim one of their children each year.

[VICTIM #1] stated that while at Liberty Tax, Mr. Hudson questioned their children about [VICTIM #1] speaking with another male.

[VICTIM #1] advised Mr. Hudson became upset and stated, “You still have this n*gga around my kids, and I’ll be waiting on you outside.”

[VICTIM #1] stated that when she exited the business, Mr. Hudson began punching her in the head with his fist. [VICTIM #1] advised this has been ongoing behavior from Mr. Hudson and that she is at her breaking point. She also stated the incident occurred in front of their children, all under the age of nine.

[VICTIM #1] advised she wanted to press charges and obtain a restraining order against Mr. Hudson. I did not observe any visible marks or bruising from today’s incident; however, I did observe an older scar on the left side of her nose, which [VICTIM #1] stated was from a prior incident in which Mr. Hudson threw a cellphone at her.

Mr. Hudson was not on scene upon my arrival. [VICTIM #1] was advised that warrants would be sought for Mr. Hudson and that she could go to the courthouse to file a restraining order.

[VICTIM #1] was issued a case card and case number.
