On January 31, 2026 at approximately 1:20 am, complainant, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that the offender, Ervin Heath Jr. grabbed her buttocks at the previous club she was attending and the subject followed her [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and grabbed her buttocks again. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] witnessed the violations. The complainant [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she felt violated and uncomfortable that the offender was still in the club.
Deputy Dixon went inside the club with security to identify the offender and talk with him. I noticed that the offender kept reaching in his right pocket and I told the offender to stop reaching in his pocket and I attempted to remove his right hand from his pocket and he refused to move it. The offender’s drink was removed from his left hand and was told again to remove his right hand out of his pocket. The offender continued to keep his hand in his pocket and at that point he was placed on the floor, handcuffed, and arrested. A black 9mm Springfield Armory Hellcat was removed from the right pocket of the offender and turned in to the crime lab for safe keeping at this time.
The offender was charged with obstruction, sexual battery, and in possession of a firearm inside of a club drinking. Security Officer [REDACTED] and Sgt. Robbie Carr of Bibb County Sheriff Department assisted in securing the offender.
