On July 6, 2023 at 0823 hours, I was dispatched to [5500 BLOCK] Riverside Dr. Apt.[REDACTED] in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Upon my arrival, I was unable to make contact with the complainant/victim [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] left the apartment following the suspect in her car. Ms. [VICTIM #1] was on the phone with 911 stating she did not want the suspect to get away. She was able to give dispatch a tag number [REDACTED].

The suspect was also heard yelling “I will kill you” to the victim while on the phone with 911.

Dispatch rerouted me to 3870 Riverside Dr.(Chevron Gas Station) to meet with Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] did not show up to this location.

At 0932 hours I was dispatched back to [5500 BLOCK] Riverside Dr. Apt.[REDACTED] to meet with Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Upon my arrival, she stated that while sleeping, her ex boyfriend and the father of her 3 kids kicked in her door and assaulted her. She stated that he choked her and punched her in the face.
