On May 16, 2025 at approximately 2134hrs I, Cpl. J. Holmes was dispatched to [3900 BLOCK] Northside Dr apartment [REDACTED] in reference to disorderly conduct.
Upon my arrival, I met with [VICTIM #1] who stated that her neighbor in [REDACTED], Jacinta Allen has been causing a disturbance at her door and she has a protective order against Allen prohibiting her from any contact or disturbances from Allen. While speaking with [VICTIM #1], she produced a video recording of Allen banging on the apartment walls and shouting loudly between apartments [REDACTED]/[REDACTED]. [VICTIM #1] stated that the incident occurred today with the video being time stamped 5/16/2025 2057hrs.
Allen has been served with a physical copy of the protective order with a court appearance date of 6/4/2025. While speaking with Allen she produced her physical copy of the order and referenced the court date. With Allen expressing that she is aware of the order and the conditions, I arrested her for stalking and disorderly conduct.
Allen was transported to the Bibb Law Enforcement Center without incident and turned over to booking staff to be processed.
[VICTIM #1] was given a crime victim rights pamphlet with the associated case number and reporting deputy’s information.
