I, Sgt Wallace was called to [4300 BLOCK] Mikado Ave in reference to a juvenile investigation. When I arrived, I spoke with the mother of the 13-yr old victim. She stated that a 30-yr old man who lives at [4300 BLOCK] Mikado Ave has been sending her daughter inappropriate text messages. She showed me some of the text. I advised her to save the messages. I spoke with Inv. Munguia who stated he would contact her in the morning. A case card was given. The suspect was not home at the time.
