On June 30th, 2025, I Deputy D. Jones responded to [4100 BLOCK] Lions Pl (Parkview Apartments) in reference to a domestic disturbance.
Upon my arrival I met with complainant Ms. Arlaina Reese who stated a unknown male subject was stalking her house. Reese showed me a picture on her phone of a vehicle leaving the parking lot. Reese stated the male was threatening her so I asked her to provide me some proof of the threats. Reese was unable to show me the proof. At that time, I advised her on what she could do about the situation. Reese became very irate and upset and requested a supervisor. While waiting on him to arrive Reese continued to yell scream and curse in the parking lot all while trying to fight a male subject that was trying to calm her down. At that time, she was placed in the back seat of my patrol car without cuffs to calm down.
While in the back she was kicking and beating on the cage and screaming and yelling. When my supervisor L. Hillman arrived on scene, he attempted to talk to her, but she refused to calm down. At that time, she was placed under arrest. I attempted to put cuffs on her, but she refused to get out of the car. At that time Hillman tried to cuff her but she refused and started to resist by kicking and trying to get out of the car. She was later cuffed and transported to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
