On May 23, 2026 at 2:48 I, Sgt Thomas Kent, responded to an aggravated assault that occurred at [3300 BLOCK] Ohara Dr N. I was also advised that the neighbor at [3300 BLOCK] Ohara Dr N called in stating that their house was struck by bullets.

I arrived on scene first at [3300 BLOCK] Ohara Dr N and made contact with the victim, [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that she was laying in her bed with her son [REDACTED BY AGENCY] when she heard arguing and shooting outside. Then bullets came through her bedroom window. [VICTIM #1] stated that as the shooting started her daughter [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came into the room and she had to get her on the floor. The window faces [3300 BLOCK] Ohara Dr N.

I then spoke to the neighbor who called from [3300 BLOCK] Ohara Dr N, [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated that she wasn’t home but was called by her daughter [VICTIM #2], and told that someone had come into the yard shooting at her and she shot back at them. [WITNESS #1] stated that [VICTIM #2] called the Sheriff’s Office but left when things got heated between her and her sister over the shooting.

I spoke to [WITNESS #2], who was at [3300 BLOCK] Ohara Dr N. [WITNESS #2] stated that she saw two males parked up the street walking down the road. When they got to the yard she heard gun shots and ran to the back of the house. The suspects were dressed in all black and came from a white car.

I then recovered some shell casing from the yard. There were 4 9mm shell casing by the grill in front of the house. I then located 3 9mm shell casing by the bush in the middle of the yard opposite side of the house.

[WITNESS #1] then came to me and had [VICTIM #2] on the phone. [VICTIM #2] stated that she was in her car and saw two men come into her yard wearing all black and ski masks. She recognized one as Javarian Jamal Davis Jr by his height and stature. [VICTIM #2] stated that she has also received a threat from him stating that he was going to shoot her which she played off as nothing at the time. [VICTIM #2] stated that they came into the yard while she was parked directly in front of the door. She was sitting in her drivers seat and they began shooting at her. She jumped out and crawled to the front of the car towards the house and at some point fired some shots back at them.

[VICTIM #2] stated that they then ran off and she ran inside. [VICTIM #2] stated that the suspects then got into a white Honda and drove off. [VICTIM #2] stated that she did not know who the other suspect could have been but she is pretty sure the short shooter was Javarian. There were three bullet entry holes into the window of [3300 BLOCK] Ohara Dr N facing [3300 BLOCK] Ohara Dr N. The mailbox to [3300 BLOCK] Ohara Dr N had bullet holes in it coming from the direction of [3300 BLOCK] Ohara Dr N. The suspects parked past [3300 BLOCK] Ohara Dr N and walked down before returning to their car. Sgt Beltran with the Gang Unit was notified of the incident. The shell casings were turned into the crime lab.
