On the above date and time, I, Deputy Daniels, along with Deputy Lewis, responded to 6205 Zebulon Rd., Circle K, in reference to a trespassing person.

Upon arrival, I spoke with the store manager, who stated that an unknown White male entered the property and used a blue razor blade to cut open 13 cases of Dasani bottled water that were displayed outside the store. She further advised that the male then attempted to enter the store and steal merchandise before leaving the property. The suspect was described as wearing a white shirt, gray shorts, and carrying a red bag. The manager also provided a photograph of the suspect.

While gathering information at Circle K, dispatch advised that a naked male was riding around the Walmart parking lot on a motorized shopping cart. Deputy Lewis and I responded to Walmart, where we made contact with Justin Mullis, who was operating a motorized shopping cart in the parking lot while completely unclothed. Inside the shopping cart were clothing matching the description provided by the Circle K manager. A blue razor blade was also located inside the pockets of the clothing. Mr. Mullis was instructed to get dressed and was subsequently taken into custody. He was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center without incident.
