On Tuesday March 10th, 2026, at approximately 2017 hours, I, Deputy Erceg was dispatched to 2440 Riverside Dr. (The Brass Rack) in reference to terroristic threats.
Upon arrival I spoke with the complainant, [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated he was sitting inside the Brass Rack when his daughter, Ms. Kennedy Williams, came inside the Brass Rack and threw a drink onto him. He said his daughter kept saying she isn’t her brother. He said she then went and stood toward the front of the establishment and lifted her scrub top and brandished a firearm. He said she repeated that she isn’t her brother and [VICTIM #1] said he then began to duck because he was very fearful that she was going to shoot him. He said he felt like there wasn’t anything he could do because he was worried, she might accidentally shoot someone else trying to shoot him.
I then spoke with [VICTIM #2] and [VICTIM #3]. [VICTIM #2] and [VICTIM #3] said they were sitting at the table with [VICTIM #1] when a black female wearing blue scrubs with blonde braids came inside the Brass Rack and threw a large drink on [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #2] and [VICTIM #3] said the drink even got all over them. I did see where their clothing had been soaked. They said they didn’t know who the black female was or why she threw the drink. [VICTIM #2] said that [VICTIM #1] started to get up and go toward the female, but he said no he wasn’t going to do that and just sat back down. They said then the female pulled up her scrub and brandished a firearm. They said they then ducked down because they were afraid that they were going to get shot.
I spoke with an employee of the Brass Rack, [WITNESS #1], who said she saw a black female wearing blue scrubs go outside the establishment and get a cup. She said it was a Styrofoam Flash Foods cup that was still sitting on a table next to where [VICTIM #1] had been sitting. She said the female threw the drink onto the people that were sitting at the table. She pointed to the table that [VICTIM #2], [VICTIM #3], and [VICTIM #1] were sitting at. She said the female then moved towards the bar and lifted her scrub top up and put her hand on a firearm and started pulling on it.
I provided [VICTIM #1] with a case card. Warrants will be taken out for Ms. Williams for Terroristic Threats and Simply Battery.
