Sgt.Sampson was dispatched to [REDACTED] regarding a report of disorderly conduct.
Upon arrival, I made contact with Ms. Kenyia Williams and Ms. [VICTIM #1] who were still engaged in a verbal argument. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that, following an argument, Ms. Kenyia Williams struck her white Honda Civic and did this act in the presence of Ms. [VICTIM #1] children. While I was present, Ms. Kenyia Williams threw a cellular phone at Ms. [VICTIM #1] and then attempted to assault her again. I placed Ms. Kenyia Williams under arrest for her actions. She physically resisted my efforts to take her into custody. After I secured Ms. Kenyia Williams inside my patrol vehicle, she began kicking the vehicle’s door and window,causing damage.
Upon arrival at Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center, Ms. Kenyia Williams continued to be disorderly. At LEC the nurse personnel deferred her and required her to receive medical clearance before they would accept her into custody. I then transported Ms. Williams to Atrium Health Navicent Hospital, where medical personnel evaluated and cleared her. I then transported Ms. Kenyia Williams back to the Bibb County LEC, where she was booked without further incident.
