On March 23, 2026, I Deputy Crane was dispatched to [3700 BLOCK] Johnson Ave in reference to a disorderly conduct.

Upon arrival, I met with the father, Mr. [VICTIM #1]. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that His son, Mr. Lemuel Mason, had a van that he was supposed to return to his boss from the Atlanta area, and he had it on his property on Johnson Ave. We searched the area for Mr.Lumuel to get the keys from him, but he could not be located.

Later, we received a call that Mr. Lumuel went to Mr. [VICTIM #1], Ms. [VICTIM #2]’s home, and their grandchild, at which was [1500 BLOCK] N Atwood. At their home, Mr. Lumuel drove the Van into the front deck repeatedly and then fled on foot. Ms. [VICTIM #2] stated that she knew Mr. Lumuel was heading to their house because the vehicle owner was tracking the vehicle, which he was driving while having a suspended license.

Mr.Lamel then went to the Shell gas station on Mercer University Drive and pulled a knife on Deputies when they approached him. Deputies had to use force to detain Mr. Lamel.

Mr. Lumuel Mason was taken into custody by, and Dep. J.Kile and Dep. T.Jones.

I observed the damage to the home on N Atwood and the front end of the van, and the front Deck, which was an estimated $1100. Mr. and Mrs. [VICTIMS] were given a case card and information on how to obtain the report, and a restraining order if needed
