On 2/18/2025 I Deputy Mattox responded to [600 BLOCK] Morrow Pl. Macon, Ga in reference to a fight. It was stated that my suspect Austin had left the scene after assaulting two women.

While enroute I passed the suspect later identified as Mr. Austin Listenberger and got him in my vehicle to go speak with my caller. Upon arrival I spoke with Ms. Leora Porter who stated her and Mr. Listenberger got into a physical altercation. She stated he kicked the door in which hit her. Ms. Porter stated that she was keeping him out the house because he was so angry and starting fights they told him to take a walk. Mr. Listenberger stated he lives in the house and they were denying him from getting his property out of the house. Mr. Listenberger had visible marks on his neck and Ms. Porter had visible marks on her arm. I advised Ms. Porter that Mr. Listenberger had a right to the property since he lived at the residence they could not deny him his property which resulted in the altercation I decided on seperation between those people involved.

I could hear a large amount of animals in the house. I told Ms. Porter I wanted to see where Mr. Listenberger was sleeping so I could verify his property had been removed. The people in the house had to grab some dogs due to behavior issues before I could enter. When I went in the house the smell of feces and amonia immediately filled my nose. I looked around and saw four cages with multiple animals in each cage with up to 8 animals in one cage. I went to his room and there was another cage with about 4 dogs in the cage and multple cats in the room. The floor was covered in feces and the wood was soft and moist from multiple animals urinating on the floor.

I had animal control contact me and they responded to the scene. Once on scene they took over the scene and arrested everyone within the house and removed the 21 dogs and 8 cats. Dep. Johnson and myself transported all five suspects to Bibb County LEC for animal control.
