On Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026 at 1212 hours, I (Corporal A. Walker #2329) responded to [4100 BLOCK] Arkwright Road (The Vistas Apartments), Building [REDACTED] Apartment [REDACTED], Macon, Georgia 31210 in reference to a fight.
Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant, identified as [VICTIM #1] (Leasing Manager). [VICTIM #1] stated that Marcus White came into the office to pay his rent, but she refused the rent because it was not the full amount that he owed. [VICTIM #1] stated that after refusing White’s rent payment, he ran out of the office, and she proceeded to follow him, trying to give him the money order back. [VICTIM #1] stated that after she handed White the money order, he attacked her. White punched and kicked [VICTIM #1] repeatedly while she screamed for help. After White stopped attacking [VICTIM #1], he went back into his apartment and locked the door.
I had maintenance unlock White’s apartment for me, and when I entered, I announced myself. White appeared from a bedroom, and I gave him the verbal command to get down on the ground and not move. White was detained, the handcuffs were checked for fit and double locked before placing him in the backseat of my marked patrol car. I gave dispatch White’s operator license number and advised them to run his information for me.
Shortly after, dispatch advised that White had multiple warrants for his arrest. I advised dispatch to confirm the warrants, and shortly after, dispatch confirmed that the warrants were valid and that both Bibb and Monroe Counties wanted to place a hold on him.
At this point, White was placed under arrest and transported without incident to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center, where he was turned over to the jail staff for booking. Warrants to be taken.
