On 10/12/24 at approximately 1550, I was dispatched [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a sex offense.
I made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she and Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went to a party [REDACTED BY AGENCY] the previous evening. She stated that she and Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] saw [REDACTED BY AGENCY], Onterio Smith, with a group leaving the party as they entered. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that they went to get a drink and saw Mr. Smith and his group return inside. She stated that they decided to go to another room and a few minutes later, Mr. Smith and group followed them. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that they followed them to a couple of more rooms, before Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that they decided to go outside.
She stated that Mr. Smith and his group followed them outside and came over to them. She stated that Mr. Smith stood between Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and started talking to them. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Mr. Smith grabbed her butt. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she was wearing pants that were cut with an opening, so that Mr. Smith was touching her bare skin. She stated that backed up and told him he can’t just touch her like that and said he could and then grabbed her butt two more times. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she became very upset and started arguing with Mr. Smith and his group. She stated that a female in the group, India, unknown last name, started fighting with her. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she tried to break up the fight while it was happening. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had a cut in the middle of her forehead and a scrape on her left elbow. A warrant for sexual battery will be taken out on Mr. Smith.
