On June 28, 2025, at approximately 1454 hours, deputies were dispatched to the Burger King located at 3820 Riverside Drive in reference to a physical disturbance involving employees.
Upon arrival, deputies made contact with management and witnesses who stated that employee Quintirius Hudson had been instructed to end his shift and should have left the premises as part of a disciplinary action. Hudson instead, remained inside the lobby (which was open to customers), and began shouting obscenities toward management staff, [WITNESS #1] and [VICTIM #1]. Hudson then entered the kitchen area and aggressively confronted manager, [VICTIM #1], as he believed she colluded with [WITNESS #1] regarding his dismissal. Other employees intervened and pushed Hudson back into the lobby. The kitchen door was then locked to prevent him further re-entry. Despite this, Hudson escalated the situation by jumping over the counter to pursue [VICTIM #1]. This resulted in a physical altercation, during which, Hudson forcibly pulled at least two braids from the victim’s scalp and inflicted minor injuries. The victim sustained small cuts and scrapes to her right palm, wrist, and forearm. Photographs were taken of the victim’s injuries, which include visible wounds and missing hair braids.
The incident was captured on store surveillance video, which will be retained as evidence. Also during a subsequent check of his information through NCIC, Hudson was found to have an active warrant for a probation violation through the City of Warner Robins (GA.). He was taken into custody and transported to the Bibb County LEC for detention and processing.
