On 8/9/26 I Deputy Mattox and Cpl. Walker responded [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a possible fight in progress.
Upon arrival I spoke with Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she had some people over at her house drinking last night. She stated that her and her boyfriend got into an argument around 0300 hours. She stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Mr. Recko Ellis took her boyfriend to a friends house. She stated she was not drinking and went upstairs to go to sleep. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she woke up to someone touching her v*gina with their fingers. She stated she was still half asleep and initially thought it was her boyfriend. She stated when she fully looked at the person touching it wasn’t her boyfriend but Mr. Recko Ellis. She stated she started yelling at him and he went to flee the house.
Mr. Ellis was standing outside a few apartments down. Cpl. Walker placed Mr. Ellis under arrest. Mr. Ellis after being read his Miranda rights agreed to speak. He stated he did not touch Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Mr. Ellis stated he did return to the apartment but he went to the bottom floor to sleep. Mr. Ellis stated he left the apartment around the same time Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] started yelling at him. He stated he went to the neighbors house because he always goes there at this time. He stated the neighbor was not up at the time that’s why he walked off.
I advised Mr. Ellis that he was under arrest. Mr. Ellis was transported to Bibb County Jail without incident.
