On Monday, December 29, 2025, at approximately 1223 hours, I, Corporal S. Howard was dispatched to 3555 Mercer University Dr about a tattoo investigation.
Upon arrival, I spoke with [WITNESS #1], he stated, last week Friday, his son’s mother by the name of Shamir Womack took their 14 year old son [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and got him a sleeve tattoo on his inner arm, he advised that he has full custody of their son, and think that it was very inappropriate and that he wanted to file charges against his child’s mother and the tattoo artist Walter Nesbitt.
I made contact with Mr. Nesbitt in the barbershop. At first, he stated that he did not tattoo a 14-year-old, then he said that he did, but his mother brought him in. He said she did not sign a consent form, and he did not have a license. He was arrested and transported to the Bibb County Jail.
An informational brochure was given.
A warrant was signed for Shamir Womack for a party to a crime.
