On 12/14/2024 at 10:27 I, Elson Odle was dispatched to [1000 BLOCK] Fort hill ST Macon, GA 31217 in reference to a person shot call.
Upon my arrival the fire department and EMS was already at the location rendering aid to the two victims [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] who were both shot, before taking them to Navicent medical center for further treatment. I met with [WITNESS #1] who stated he witnessed the incident. He advised me that he was hired to clean the back yard at this location and brought his two employees to assist him. He stated that someone from the house got into an argument with Steven Pettigrew but both parties walked away form the area. [WITNESS #1] then stated that Pettigrew came back to the location and began shooting from the side of a silver storage trailer on the corner of Fort hill ST and Mitchell St towards [1000 BLOCK] Fort hill ST hitting his two employees.
There were multiple shell casings found at the scene and the crime lab came and retrieved them.
Lt. Kosmowski and persons Inv. Rohrback was notified of the incident and the crime lab was called to the scene.
