On November 28, 2024, at approximately 0307 hours, I, Deputy Anthony Taylor, responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at the intersection of Elpis Street and Pansy Avenue.

Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1] and her 17-year-old sister, [WITNESS #1], along with their 16-year-old cousin, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [VICTIM #1] reported that earlier in the day, she had visited her boyfriend, Tarmarcus Williams, at his apartment located at [500 BLOCK] Baxter Avenue, where she discovered another female present. After leaving his apartment, Tarmarcus requested that she bring him food, leading her to the aforementioned location. [VICTIM #1] stated that upon her arrival, Tarmarcus apologized and attempted to engage in conversation; however, he became aggressive, slapped her on the right side of her face, and brandished a handgun, placing it against her face. [VICTIM #1] indicated that as she drove away, Tarmarcus pursued her vehicle while pointing the gun at it. Both [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [WITNESS #1] witnessed the incident.

[VICTIM #1], who is three months pregnant with Tarmarcus’s child, expressed her intention to press charges. She was provided with a crime victim case card and informed about the process for obtaining a Temporary Protection Order against Tarmarcus. [VICTIM #1] did not have any visible marks from the incident.
