On Sunday, July 5, 2026, at approximately 1730 hours, I, Deputy Kile, responded to [REDACTED] in reference to a domestic disturbance involving shots fired.

Upon arrival, I made contact with two juvenile females, later identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (16 years old) and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (14 years old). Both juveniles stated they had been involved in a physical altercation with their mother, Ms. Miesha Goolsby, at the residence.

Both juveniles advised that during the altercation, Mr. Anterrio Javonee Brown intervened and became physically aggressive toward them. They stated Mr. Brown grabbed both juveniles and forcibly pushed them outside the residence. They both also stated that Mr. Brown threatened to pay someone to rape both girls.

The juveniles stated that after they were forced outside, the verbal altercation continued. Both admitted they intentionally threw bricks through two front kitchen windows and the rear bathroom window of the residence, causing damage to the home.

Both juveniles further stated that after the windows were broken, Mr. Tiandre Stanley exited the residence armed with a handgun and fired shots toward them.

I then made contact with Ms. Goolsby and asked her what happened. She told me she had changed the wifi password and this upset her daughters who then threatened to jump her. I asked Ms. Goolsby if anyone had fired a gun during the altercation, she initially told me no. But eventually he told me that Mr. Stanley went into the back yard and shot his gun off. Mr. Stanley was just a guest hanging out because his wife was a friend of hers. Ms. Goolsby told me that she knew where the gun was. She walked me into the kitchen, she opened the freezer, and pulled out an ice cream box where the gun was hidden.

During my investigation, I made contact with Mr. Tiandre Stanley. Mr. Stanley stated the juveniles had been involved in a physical altercation with Ms. Goolsby and that he attempted to intervene. Mr. Stanley further advised that his wife and their four-month-old infant were inside the residence when the juveniles began throwing bricks through the front windows of the home.

Mr. Stanley stated that, fearing for the safety of the occupants inside the residence and attempting to scare the juveniles away, he retrieved a firearm, went into the backyard, and intentionally fired two rounds into the ground.

I followed Mr. Stanley to the backyard where Mr. Stanley indicated he discharged the firearm. I observed two fresh bullet impact locations in the ground that were consistent with his statement.

The firearm was recovered and identified as a Glock Model 43X, 9mm pistol, serial number BМНЕ347. A GCIC/NCIC records check revealed the firearm had been reported stolen out of Bleckley County, Georgia.

After further investigation, it was determined that Mr. Anterrio Javonee Brown had been present during the incident but left the residence prior to law enforcement’s arrival.

Based upon the independent statements of [REDACTED BY AGENCY], [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Tiandre Stanley, probable cause exists to believe Mr. Brown became physically aggressive with both juveniles by grabbing and forcibly removing them from the residence during the domestic disturbance. And Mr. Brown made statements to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that he would pay someone to rape them. These acts occurred in the presence of multiple minor children inside the residence.

A records check further revealed Mr. Brown currently has active Bibb County warrants stemming from a previous domestic violence incident involving Ms. Miesha Goolsby on May 10, 2026. That investigation resulted in warrants being obtained for Battery – Family Violence, Criminal Damage to Property – Family Violence, and five counts of Cruelty to Children – Family Violence after Mr. Brown assaulted Ms. Goolsby in the presence of the children. During this incident Ms. Goolsby provided in accurate information (incorrect spelling of his name and date of birth for Mr. Brown) I will be taking additional warrants for Mr. Brown for Terroristic Threats – Felony – Family Violence, Simple Battery-Family Violence, and Cruelty to Children in the 3rd Degree-Family Violence.

My investigation further revealed that although Mr. Brown maintains a separate residence, he has lived at [REDACTED] and has maintained a dating relationship with Ms. Goolsby for approximately two years.

Based upon the totality of the investigation, including Mr. Brown’s documented history of family violence involving Ms. Goolsby and the children, his continued access to the residence, and Ms. Goolsby’s decision to allow him to continue residing around and interacting with the children despite the active warrants, warrants were obtained for Ms. Miesha Goolsby for Reckless Conduct – Family Violence and Cruelty to Children in the Third Degree – Family Violence.

Because five additional children, ranging in age from approximately one to four years old, were present inside the residence during the incident, Bibb County DFCS was contacted. I spoke with [REDACTED] and Ms. [REDACTED], who were advised of the circumstances surrounding the incident and concerns for the welfare of the children.

I also contacted DJJ Intake Officer Ms. [REDACTED] regarding the actions of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. After reviewing the facts of the incident, Ms. [REDACTED] authorized both juveniles to be detained pending Juvenile Court on July 6, 2026, at 1100 hours.

Both juveniles were transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center for fingerprinting and processing. Upon completion of processing, both juveniles were transported to the Bibb County Regional Youth Detention Center without incident.

On Monday, July 06, 2026, at approximately 1135 hours, after court at the Bibb County Juvenile Justice Court House, I placed Ms. Miesha Goolsby under arrest for previously mentioned warrants. Ms. Goolsby was transported to the Bibb County LEC without incident for further processing.
