On Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 0904 hours, I (Corporal A. Walker #2329) responded to 3705 Irwinton Road (76 Gas Station), Macon, Georgia 31217, in reference to an assault.
Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant, who was identified as [VICTIM #1], and he stated that he was staying with his cousin [REDACTED] and her boyfriend, who was later identified as Timothy Harden. [VICTIM #1] stated that he was cleaning up trash around the house when Harden told him that he talks too much. [VICTIM #1] stated that he was confused by Harden’s comment, so he asked him what he was talking about.
[VICTIM #1] stated that Harden said that he keeps talking sh*t about him and [REDACTED], then out of nowhere Harden slapped [VICTIM #1] in the face. After slapping him, Harden proceeded to punch him in the face repeatedly. After Harden stopped punching him, [VICTIM #1] stated that Harden told [REDACTED] to go get his pistol. [REDACTED] walked away for a brief moment and returned with the pistol, gave it to Harden, and that is when Harden hit him in the head with the pistol, causing a severe laceration to the top of his head.
[VICTIM #1] stated that Harden broke his cell phone so he could not call the police when the incident occurred. [VICTIM #1] stated that he was able to use a friend’s phone the following day, and EMS responded to [3000 BLOCK] Stallworth Drive, Macon, Georgia 31217 and transported him to Atrium Navicent Health to be treated for his injuries. [VICTIM #1] was given the victim’s case pamphlet, and I advised him that he needs to find somewhere else to stay if he has not done so. After speaking with [VICTIM #1], I responded to [3000 BLOCK] Piedmont Circle, attempting to make contact with Harden, but I was unsuccessful at that time. Warrants to be taken out on Harden.
