On Jun 1oth, 2026, I Dep E. White was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Plantation Center Dr in reference to an indecent exposure.
Upon arrival contact was made with property staff [WITNESS #1], who stated that she received a video of Mr. Timothy Rhodes stroking his private parts while standing in the breeze way of building [REDACTED] at [200 BLOCK] Plantation Center Dr. [WITNESS #1] was able to show myself the video of Rhodes committing the act. I then made contact with Rhodes at apartment [REDACTED] and placed him into custody. Rhodes was transported to the Bibb County LEC without incident.
